Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current School Psychologist certification and state licensure (required)
• Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school settings strongly preferred
• Skilled in psychological assessment, individual and group counseling, and behavioral intervention
• Proficient in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and educational best practices
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, administrators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior management plans
• Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and well-being
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary and eligibility meetings to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with education laws and district procedures
