Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychology license or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create and interpret individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Previous school or pediatric experience is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ needs and guide support planning
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective strategies and interventions
• Support students’ behavioral, social, and emotional growth through direct counseling and group work
• Assist with crisis intervention and participate in the development of positive behavioral support plans
• Facilitate legal compliance by contributing to IEP, 504, and other relevant meetings
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to data-driven decision making
