Key Qualifications:
- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in Indiana
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques for students
- Experience developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Previous school-based experience preferred
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students
- Support development of academic and behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
- Respond to crisis situations and provide counseling as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and school policies
