Key Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist in Indiana
• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a related field
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and counseling techniques for students
• Experience developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Previous school-based experience preferred

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students
• Support development of academic and behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
• Respond to crisis situations and provide counseling as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and school policies
