Make an impact on student success by providing essential psychological services across multiple campuses in the Fort Worth area. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated School Psychologist or Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) eager to work on-site, delivering direct assessments and targeted interventions in a vibrant academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive evaluations and interventions for students, focusing primarily on elementary grades with some middle school cases
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement effective strategies that support student learning and social-emotional well-being
  • Conduct assessments and services related to Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Other Health Impairments (OHI), including ADHD
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop/monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Serve as an itinerant specialist across five campuses, adapting to the unique needs of each school community

Qualifications:

  • Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred for supporting diverse student populations
  • Strong communication, evaluation, and behavior management skills
  • Ability to complete TEA fingerprinting (either newly processed or verified), which may take up to 10 business days

This position offers a contract that spans the academic year, with a schedule of 35 hours per week from August 10, 2026, through May 21, 2027. The majority of your caseload will be at the elementary level, providing you with the chance to make a significant difference in early educational experiences.
