Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current certification or license as a School Psychologist in Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with grades K-5 and/or 9-12
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to develop and implement behavior plans
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI) and Special Education processes
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Organized and able to manage multiple caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student support meetings
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
• Deliver crisis response and consultation services
• Advise staff on academic, emotional, and behavioral interventions
• Maintain confidential records and comply with documentation standards
