Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or doctoral degree in school psychology or related field
- Demonstrated experience working with students in grades K–5 and/or 9–12
- Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
- Flexibility and resourcefulness in managing a varied caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
- Provide individual and group counseling for students
- Develop and monitor intervention plans and behavior support strategies
- Advise educators and families on student progress and solutions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions
- Support crisis intervention, prevention, and social-emotional skill development
- Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
