School Psychologist in Fountain, CO

Step into an impactful role supporting K-12 students for the 2024-25 school year. As a contracted school psychologist, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to support student success both academically and emotionally. This position is a full-time contract assignment conveniently located near Colorado Springs.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Colorado
• Experience working with K-12 populations, including diverse student needs
• Proficient in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Strong skills in report writing and development of intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological testing for students across grade levels
• Prepare detailed, timely reports outlining assessment results and recommendations
• Collaborate with district staff, teachers, and families to create and implement strategies that support students’ learning and mental health
• Serve as a resource for multi-disciplinary teams by providing insights into intervention strategies and progress monitoring
• Support crisis intervention and participate in the development of IEPs and 504 plans
