Qualifications and Experience:

• Active School Psychologist license/certification
• Experience supporting school-aged children in elementary, middle, or high schools
• Knowledge of special education law and IEP processes
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and consultation
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities
• Capacity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to work with a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans
• Provide counseling and mental health interventions for students
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents regarding student challenges and progress
• Participate in team meetings to develop intervention strategies
• Conduct crisis intervention and support when needed
• Promote positive student behavior and social skills development
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records
