Certified Elementary School Psychologist | Fountain, Colorado

In this contract role for a certified and licensed School Psychologist, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and families across elementary, middle, and high school levels, contributing your expertise to foster student success.

What You'll Bring:

• Valid and current certification and license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Demonstrated ability to assess and interpret student needs through both formal and informal evaluations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
• Adaptability to work in diverse educational settings and with a range of student backgrounds

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for referred students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
• Offer counseling and crisis intervention to support students’ emotional and social growth
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review student progress and recommend strategies for academic and behavioral improvement
• Provide professional development and consultative support to school staff regarding mental health and learning issues
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with educational standards and legal requirements
