Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist license or certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Solid understanding of child and adolescent development, learning assessments, and effective data-based decision making
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments and developing intervention strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally
• Previous experience in K-12 settings is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement intervention plans and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers and parents regarding student progress, classroom behavior, and learning needs
• Provide direct or indirect counseling services and crisis intervention as outlined by student plans
• Maintain accurate and timely student records and documentation in accordance with school policies and legal requirements
• Support the development of a positive and inclusive school environment
