Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (or related field)
• Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results for students
• Develop and implement interventions to support students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of IEPs
• Provide direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design effective classroom strategies and modifications
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student mental health and learning concerns
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district regulations
