We are seeking a dedicated bilingual (English/Spanish) school psychologist eager to provide impactful services to a K-5 school community on a contract basis. This hybrid position offers a flexible schedule—spend one day per week engaging on-site with students and staff, and another day providing support virtually. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Credentialed or licensed as a school psychologist
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
- Previous experience serving elementary (K-5) students highly valued
- Skilled in assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communicator with students, families, and team members
- Well-versed in virtual platforms and comfortable working in both in-person and online settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for K-5 students
- Deliver counseling and interventions to support student wellbeing in a school environment
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote inclusive practices
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and documentation
- Respond to student needs both virtually and on-campus, ensuring their academic and emotional growth
- Provide culturally responsive services to a diverse student population
