Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state-issued School Psychologist credential or eligibility for certification
- Recent experience working in a K-12 educational setting, preferably in a school-based role
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and special education law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ learning and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide consultation, intervention, and crisis support for students as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to determine appropriate interventions and supports
- Deliver counseling and behavioral interventions to students individually and in groups
