Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility in school psychology
  • Strong background in psychoeducational assessments, intervention planning, and counseling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse students, staff, and parents
  • Experience with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams preferred
  • Organizational skills and adaptability in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ academic, social, and behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and track intervention strategies to enhance student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and support for students with special needs
  • Offer consultation to teachers, staff, and caregivers on best practices for student development
  • Provide crisis prevention and intervention support as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school policies and ethical standards
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
