Step into a dynamic and rewarding contract role supporting students’ success for the 2026–2027 school year as a School Psychologist. This long-term opportunity is based near Fremont, Nebraska and runs from August 10, 2026 through May 25, 2027, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (7:45 am–3:30 pm, 37.5–40 hours per week). The position offers some flexibility—enjoy a hybrid model where you can complete paperwork remotely while remaining onsite for student-facing responsibilities.

Your expertise will directly impact student assessments and services. Day-to-day, you’ll conduct extensive testing in cognitive and academic areas, with occasional behavioral assessments as well. Familiarity with Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and the Student Study Team (SST) process is valued. You’ll utilize Q-Interactive as your primary digital assessment platform, streamlining your workflow and supporting accurate, efficient evaluations.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in School Psychology or a related field (required)
• Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in school-based psychological assessments and interventions
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Q-Interactive testing platform
• Knowledge of FBAs and SST process; strong assessment and report-writing skills
• Comfortable balancing in-person and remote duties in a hybrid setting
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct cognitive, academic, and select behavioral assessments
• Complete initial FBAs and contribute to comprehensive evaluation reports
• Participate in the SST process, offering expertise in intervention planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
• Manage required documentation and maintain confidentiality
• Support data-driven decision-making for student growth and success
