This contract opportunity offers a part-time schedule, averaging 20 hours per week, within a K–12 setting, with a primary focus at the middle school level. You will play a pivotal role in helping students access learning opportunities, working closely with teachers, families, and administration.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience with K–12 student populations, preferably including middle school
• Expertise in conducting assessments, interventions, and counseling
• Knowledge of special education law, IEP/504 processes, and Response to Intervention (RTI) strategies
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to varying school cultures and student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group psychoeducational evaluations
• Develop, monitor, and support the implementation of IEPs and intervention plans
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral growth
• Serve as an advocate and resource for mental and emotional health within the school community
• Maintain thorough documentation and confidentiality in all student interactions
