Role Details:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations (average caseload of 30-40 per year) to support special education eligibility and programming
• Deliver consultative services to educators, parents, and staff regarding student needs, behavior intervention, and educational planning
• Utilize your expertise in assessment and intervention to positively influence academic performance and well-being
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Travel between schools within the district as needed

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or doctorate in school psychology or related field required
• Current NM PED School Psychologist License
• Previous experience working in a school setting or with school-age children strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
• Willingness to travel between schools throughout the district
