This full-time opportunity, spanning 37.5 hours per week, will allow you to make a positive impact across two school sites, collaborating with educators and families to help students thrive.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current School Psychologist license in South Carolina
  • Familiarity with school-based evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, and special education processes
  • Experience working in K-6 settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Ability to organize, manage caseloads, and meet deadlines in an educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
  • Prepare clear, concise reports outlining recommendations and findings
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide consultations, attend team meetings, and deliver recommendations to support student needs
  • Engage in crisis intervention, counseling, and preventative mental health support as needed
  • Split schedule between two elementary schools, adapting services based on site-specific requirements
