School Psychologist | Gaffney, SC area | 2026–2027 

Help students reach their full potential while working with a district that values collaboration, innovation, and student-centered services. Soliant is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support a school district near Gaffney, South Carolina for the upcoming school year.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside educators, administrators, families, and related service providers to identify student needs, develop effective interventions, and support positive educational outcomes.

Position Highlights

  • K–12 caseload (assignment determined by district needs)

In This Role, You Will

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and reevaluations to determine special education eligibility
  • Interpret assessment data and develop thorough evaluation reports
  • Lead and participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding academic, behavioral, and mental health concerns
  • Recommend evidence-based interventions and support plans for students
  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services when appropriate
  • Assist with MTSS initiatives, behavior supports, and progress monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with IDEA, state regulations, and district special education procedures

Qualifications

  • Active South Carolina Department of Education School Psychologist Certification (Level I, II, or III) required
  • Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • School-based experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment practices, special education procedures, and report writing
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
