Licensed Elementary School Psychologist - Gastonia, NC

Desired Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina school psychologist license (required)
• Experience with K-12 student populations
• Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Certified and experienced in a school setting (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12
• Provide recommendations to address student learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop appropriate intervention strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to interpret assessment data and contribute insights
• Document evaluations, maintain records, and ensure compliance with district and state regulations
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
