Desired Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with early childhood or PreK populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, intervention, and counseling strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• State licensure for school psychology (or ability to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and emotional evaluations for PreK students
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making regarding student interventions
• Offer consultation to staff and families regarding student learning, behavior, and mental health
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
