Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for Washington State certification through OSPI
- Demonstrated experience or strong clinical practicum in school-based settings, with a focus on elementary/middle school populations preferred
- Familiarity with a broad range of evidence-based assessment tools and interventions
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage positively with students and families
- Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work fully onsite; no hybrid or remote options
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments of students
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement effective support plans
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
- Facilitate group and individual interventions to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and data-driven decision making
- Help create a positive school climate by fostering academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
