Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master’s or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for Washington State certification through OSPI
  • Demonstrated experience or strong clinical practicum in school-based settings, with a focus on elementary/middle school populations preferred
  • Familiarity with a broad range of evidence-based assessment tools and interventions
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage positively with students and families
  • Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work fully onsite; no hybrid or remote options

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments of students
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement effective support plans
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
  • Facilitate group and individual interventions to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and data-driven decision making
  • Help create a positive school climate by fostering academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
