Join a dynamic educational environment in the Phoenix area as a full-time School Psychologist supporting multiple schools with diverse student populations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing comprehensive psychological services, including evaluations and interventions, within a supportive district framework.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct approximately 12 psychological evaluations per day using pen-and-paper methods.
- Manage caseloads of around 60 students aged across elementary and junior high levels.
- Serve either at a designated school (Stephenson Elementary) or as a floater across Mesa Academy, Adams Elementary, and Taylor Junior High.
- Collaborate closely with school teams to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Utilize Google Suite and Synergy software to manage records and communication effectively.
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy in managing daily responsibilities and meeting district expectations.
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona DOE certification with a Special Education endorsement.
- Valid IVP fingerprint card.
- Experience working within a K-12 educational setting, with 0-10+ years preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with district-specific software (Google Suite and Synergy) is highly advantageous.
- Commitment to hitting the ground running and managing a substantial caseload efficiently.
Location & Schedule:
- Position based in Gilbert and surrounding Phoenix-area schools.
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week.
- Contract role from ASAP through May 21, 2026.
