Make a significant impact by providing comprehensive psychological services to students across multiple grade levels for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract opportunity offers the flexibility of full or part-time hours, with assignments rotating between three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. The schedule can align with either a 7:20am-2:40pm or 8:30am-3:50pm workday, Monday through Friday.
You will support students ages PK-21, focusing on psychoeducational assessments, IEP and SST meeting participation, and the development of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), as well as program support at the school level. While the current need for direct counseling is limited, you could provide those services if required. A laptop and necessary resources are provided.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Maryland School Psychologist credential required
- Experience in a school setting working across a range of grade levels highly preferred
- Familiarity with cognitive, social/emotional/behavioral, and adaptive assessments
- Proficiency in developing FBAs and BIPs
- Collaborative team player, comfortable participating in IEP/SST meetings
- Flexible to rotate assignments as needs shift between sites
