With three full-time openings available, you'll provide specialized support to help young learners thrive both academically and emotionally. Opportunities are also open for part-time (3-4 days per week) schedules, offering the flexibility you need. The workweek runs Monday through Friday, 7:25am to 2:40pm, all on-site.
We’re seeking collaborative, skilled School Psychologists with a passion for middle school students’ development and well-being. If you’re certified in Maryland and excited about helping students overcome challenges, your expertise will be highly valued here.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Maryland School Psychologist certification is required
- Experience working within a school setting, preferably with middle school students
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and partner with educators, counselors, and families
- Exceptional organization and documentation proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments for students
- Provide both individual and group counseling as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to develop plans that support students’ learning and success
- Participate in IEP meetings, create intervention strategies, and offer crisis support when necessary
- Generate accurate, comprehensive reports and maintain records in compliance with all regulations
