What you’ll need to succeed:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in schools, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a school setting
- Commitment to working 40 hours per week, fully onsite (no virtual or hybrid option)
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate and support student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and guidance services tailored to elementary-age children
- Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to foster student growth
- Help ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all students
- Caseload specifics will be shared as soon as available—flexibility is essential as assignments may evolve
