What you’ll need to succeed:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in schools, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a school setting
• Commitment to working 40 hours per week, fully onsite (no virtual or hybrid option)

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate and support student needs
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and guidance services tailored to elementary-age children
• Consult with parents, teachers, and administrators to foster student growth
• Help ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all students
• Caseload specifics will be shared as soon as available—flexibility is essential as assignments may evolve
