With a highly manageable caseload averaging around 43 students, you'll have the time to build meaningful connections and provide individualized support. You'll work a steady 40-hour week in a supportive, resource-rich environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Arizona School Psychologist certification (or eligibility)
• Experience with school-based psychological services, preferably K-8
• Knowledge of IEP process, evaluations, and interventions for students with intellectual disabilities and speech needs
• Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, speech therapists, and special educators
• Compassionate, student-centered approach with sensitivity to diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
• Provide direct and consultative services to general education students receiving speech services and students in foundational skills classrooms
• Develop and implement data-driven interventions and support plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and monitor IEPs
• Offer guidance and resources to teachers and families
