Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working with students in grades K–5, 6–8, and/or 9–12
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional matters
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative approach to working with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across all grade levels
  • Interpret assessment data and offer recommendations tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and monitor effective interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of instructional strategies
  • Promote a safe, nurturing, and equitable school climate
