In this role, you will collaborate closely with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to create a positive and supportive environment for all learners. Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
- Ability to deliver individual and group counseling services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
- Develop and recommend interventions for academic and behavioral support
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and well-being
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
