This opportunity is located near Glenview, IL, and accommodates both part-time (20-24 hours/week) and full-time (37.5 hours/week) schedules.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for certification in Illinois
  • Previous experience working in K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of special education processes and MTSS frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations for a diverse caseload (ranging from 20-40 evaluations per year)
  • Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings, partnering with educators, families, and service providers to develop student supports
  • Provide direct consultation and intervention support to students, staff, and the MTSS team
  • Interpret assessment results and develop actionable recommendations for student progress
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
