Make a meaningful impact supporting students across all grade levels as a full-time School Psychologist in an onsite, district-wide role. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Tennessee School Psychologist license required
- Prior experience in K-12 school settings highly preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and development of intervention strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable serving multiple schools throughout the district
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students ages K-12
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support the implementation of evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Participate in eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a positive learning environment
- Maintain necessary documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
