Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, developing individualized plans, and providing crisis intervention
• Familiarity with special education law, IEP process, and best practices in student support
• Strong communication and consultation skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, school-based environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that enhance student learning
• Contribute to the creation and monitoring of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide guidance and crisis intervention as needed
• Deliver individual and group counseling to support students’ social-emotional well-being
• Engage in prevention and intervention initiatives to nurture a positive school climate
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and offer professional recommendations
