Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain)
  • Prior experience in a high school or secondary education setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and behavioral interventions
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities
  • Compassionate and committed to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify student strengths and needs
  • Provide individual and group counseling for students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges
  • Develop and implement intervention and prevention programs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, crisis response, and support multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer consultation and resources to teachers, administrators, and families
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and support data-driven decision making

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week, adhering to school calendar
