Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience in a high school or secondary education setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication, consultation, and teamwork abilities
- Compassionate and committed to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments to identify student strengths and needs
- Provide individual and group counseling for students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges
- Develop and implement intervention and prevention programs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, crisis response, and support multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and resources to teachers, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and support data-driven decision making
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 35 hours per week, adhering to school calendar
