School Psychologist - Grand Ledge, Michigan

Make an impact supporting K-12 students as a dedicated School Psychologist in a contract position located near Grand Ledge, MI. This full-time itinerant role offers you the opportunity to work within a diverse range of schools, partnering with students, educators, and families to foster positive educational experiences and outcomes.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with faculty and student support teams, spearheading implementation of MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), conducting evaluations to inform student services, and actively participating in IEP meetings. Your expertise will help shape interventions and strategies that drive academic and social success for students across grade levels.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification
• Experience providing psychological services in K-12 educational settings
• Knowledge of the MTSS process and experience in implementation
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Strong record of engaging in IEP meetings and working collaboratively with educational teams
• Ability to travel between school sites as an itinerant professional
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering comprehensive psychological services to the K-12 student population
• Leading the MTSS implementation process at assigned schools
• Completing student evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate supports
• Participating in IEP meetings as a key member of the student support team
• Consulting with educators, administrators, and families to promote effective interventions
• Maintaining meticulous documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
