Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Possession of a valid Texas LSSP (Licensed Specialist in School Psychology) credential
• Proven experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 school settings
• Strong understanding of special education processes and federal/state guidelines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide targeted interventions, crisis support, and counseling services to students
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families on best practices for learning and behavior
• Assist in the creation of strategies and programs to promote student well-being and positive school climate
• Participate in multidisciplinary and ARD/IEP team meetings, offering clinical insights and recommendations
