Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid School Psychologist credential.
  • Previous experience working with K-6th grade populations is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive student assessments and participating in eligibility determinations.
  • Strong understanding of social-emotional learning, behavioral interventions, and academic supports.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer psycho-educational evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Provide direct and indirect support to students in individual and group settings.
  • Participate in Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement strategies that promote positive student outcomes.
  • Support crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed.
  • Contribute to developing a safe, inclusive, and supportive school atmosphere.
