Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active Colorado School Psychologist License (CDE credential required)
- Experience performing psychological assessments and reevaluations in a school setting
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload (45-70 reevaluations per year, depending on assignment)
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents
- Comfort with technology platforms if pursuing the fully remote (VOCO) opportunity
- Dedication to student services and evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and reevaluations as assigned
- Deliver direct student services for those assigned in-person/hybrid (e.g., counseling, behavioral interventions)
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings to support individualized education planning
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold strict confidentiality protocols
- Effectively collaborate with school teams in designing and implementing student support strategies
- Adapt flexibly to meet the needs of multiple school sites (for hybrid/onsite roles) or virtual environments
