Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention planning within a school setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEPs, behavioral interventions, and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education and behavior plans
- Provide direct student support through counseling, social skills training, and crisis intervention
- Consult with staff to enhance strategies for academic and behavioral achievement
- Document findings and recommendations in clear, timely reports
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
