Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention planning within a school setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with IEPs, behavioral interventions, and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education and behavior plans
  • Provide direct student support through counseling, social skills training, and crisis intervention
  • Consult with staff to enhance strategies for academic and behavioral achievement
  • Document findings and recommendations in clear, timely reports
  • Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
