Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and special education processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Comfortable conducting evaluations and participating in IEP/504 meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret test results
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies that address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Provide direct counseling services to students as needed
- Participate actively in IEP and eligibility meetings, supporting individualized education planning
