Desired Qualifications:

  • Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) or eligibility for state certification
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with students, families, and educators
  • Knowledge of IEP process, special education law, and evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students with academic, social, behavioral, or emotional challenges
  • Participate in special education eligibility meetings and develop appropriate recommendations
  • Consult with teachers, families, and administrators to support student learning and well-being
  • Provide direct therapeutic and counseling services, both individually and in groups
  • Develop and implement prevention and crisis intervention programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with state and federal regulations
