Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a School Psychologist required
- Successful experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, consultation, and intervention
- Ability to effectively support diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Capable of balancing services across multiple campuses
- Passion for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Conducting academic, behavioral, and emotional assessments
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting special education services
- Providing crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
- Supporting Response to Intervention (RtI) and positive behavioral strategies
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families on student plans
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation
