In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering comprehensive psychological services and working collaboratively with educators and families to help all students succeed.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification or eligible for state certification
  • Experience working within elementary school settings, ideally with grades 1–5
  • Familiarity with special education procedures and SPED 26/27
  • Ability to administer assessments, interpret results, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Compassionate, insightful approach to students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across 1st through 5th grades
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions in accordance with SPED 26/27 guidelines
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services to students, staff, and families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the unique learning needs of each student
  • Participate in problem-solving meetings and help create a supportive school climate
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of assessments, services, and progress
