Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience providing psychological testing and assessments within school settings
- Strong knowledge of and experience with PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Passion for supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychological testing for students as requested
- Collaborate and participate actively in PPT meetings to develop, review, and implement IEPs and support plans
- Consult with teachers, parents, and fellow specialists to encourage a supportive educational atmosphere
- Document assessment results and recommendations clearly and effectively
- Help foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
