This full-time, contract position calls for a dedicated School Psychologist to provide essential services and collaborate within a supportive team.

In this role, you will:

  • Administer psychological evaluations and assessments to students to identify learning and behavioral needs
  • Participate and contribute expertise during PPT meetings, working closely with educators and families
  • Develop and recommend appropriate interventions, strategies, and supports based on assessment data
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with district and state regulations
  • Foster a positive, culturally responsive environment with students from diverse backgrounds
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to staff, parents, and stakeholders
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued and greatly enhance your ability to connect with families

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid certification/license as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification in Connecticut)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing tools and evaluation procedures
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a significant advantage
