Key Qualifications:
- Hold current Connecticut certification for school psychologists
- Expertise in delivering psychological support within an elementary school setting
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention strategies

- Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents regarding student progress and behavioral interventions
- Develop and implement strategies to address academic, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Facilitate social-emotional learning initiatives within the school community
- Support crisis interventions and recommend appropriate resources
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
