Key Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut (CT) School Psychologist certification is required
• Experience conducting comprehensive evaluations for students in school settings
• Ability to participate and contribute in PPT meetings
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret assessments to identify student strengths, challenges, and needs
• Actively attend and provide input in PPT meetings to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement interventions
• Provide consultative support to staff and families regarding students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential student records
