School Psychologist - Gulfport, Mississippi

This contract opportunity allows you to bring your expertise to schools, working collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to foster academic and emotional success for students.

Responsibilities include conducting student evaluations, developing and implementing intervention plans, participating in IEP meetings, and offering consultation to teachers and parents. You’ll help identify students’ needs, provide crisis intervention when necessary, and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and consultation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with compassion and professionalism. Previous experience in school settings is preferred.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist license or eligibility in Mississippi
• Master’s or Specialist degree from an accredited program in School Psychology
• Experience with psychological assessments, counseling, and MTSS/RTI planning
• Familiarity with state and federal education laws and IEP process
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological evaluations and interpret results
