Working 37.5 hours per week, you'll provide essential psychological services to students in grades K-12, collaborating with staff and families to support student success.
Required Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist license in Oregon (OR)
- Certification for work in school settings
- Experience with elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Proven skills in conducting evaluations and assessments
- Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and inclusive education
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments for K-12 students
- Interpret evaluation results to develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with general and special education staff, administration, and parents on student progress
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Offer guidance and crisis intervention as needed
- Consult with teachers and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
