As a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) with an active Texas license, you’ll collaborate with educational teams to deliver exceptional support to students.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Texas LSSP license required by the start date
  • Experience or interest working as a school psychologist in educational settings
  • Comfortable communicating effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Willingness to consider different caseload age groups
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in a hybrid or virtual environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and write comprehensive reports
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and intervention services for students
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student learning and well-being
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and intervention planning
  • Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
  • Document and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
