Qualifications:

  • Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist (NCSP preferred)
  • Prior experience in a PreK–12 school environment is highly desirable
  • Solid skills in assessment, counseling, collaboration, and consultation
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in changing educational settings

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student evaluations (academic, behavioral, emotional)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for student success
  • Participate in the creation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and serve as an advocate for students' needs
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services as needed
  • Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and positive behavioral initiatives
