Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working with high school populations preferred
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in MTSS/RTI processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within a school setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for student planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Consult with teachers and parents to develop proactive interventions and support strategies
  • Monitor student progress and contribute to student success teams
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Deliver training or workshops for staff and families on relevant psychological and educational topics

The role is contract-based, spanning the entire 2026/27 school year at 35 hours per week, with a focus on supporting a high school-level caseload.
