Desired Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist licensure and certification in Connecticut
• Demonstrated school-based experience
• Proven ability with evaluation administration and PPT (Planning and Placement Team) reporting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for working in a supportive, multidisciplinary team
• Willingness and ability to work onsite
• Ready to participate in a virtual Zoom interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
• Prepare thorough reports for PPT meetings and attend student-focused conferences
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to design interventions and supports
• Utilize best practices to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Support the development and implementation of IEPs
• Maintain timely documentation and uphold confidentiality standards

Role Details:

• Two open positions
• Full time: 35 hours per week
• First position through May 2027, with the possibility of extension through the school year
• Second, newly created position through March 30, 2027
• Both positions start as soon as possible
