Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction School Psychologist Certification or a valid Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) credential (required)
  • Demonstrated experience working with elementary-aged children in a school-based setting
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
  • Solid understanding of special education processes, IEP development, and best practices in intervention

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for educational planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and intervention plans
  • Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts as required
