Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, interpreting results, and developing intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to support students with academic, emotional, and behavioral needs in diverse populations
- Knowledge of Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments for students referred for special education and intervention services
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary evaluation and problem-solving teams
- Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students and staff
- Collaborate closely with educators and parents to develop evidence-based strategies to support student growth
- Promote safe, inclusive, and positive school environments
