Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, interpreting results, and developing intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to support students with academic, emotional, and behavioral needs in diverse populations
  • Knowledge of Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments for students referred for special education and intervention services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary evaluation and problem-solving teams
  • Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to students and staff
  • Collaborate closely with educators and parents to develop evidence-based strategies to support student growth
  • Promote safe, inclusive, and positive school environments
