Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience within elementary school settings
• Strong background in conducting psychoeducational evaluations
• Knowledge and practical skills in behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dedication to promoting academic and social-emotional development for K-5 students

Role Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to interpret assessment results and plan interventions
• Develop and implement strategies to support positive student behavior and classroom engagement
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives
• Provide consultation and support to school staff on student mental health issues
• Help shape an inclusive and supportive school environment for all learners
